These are the official rules for the UsedHotDogs.com Race Weekend E-Bike Giveaway (the “Promotion”). By entering, you accept these rules in full and agree that the Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Entry is free. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, members, directors and contractors of the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Promotion, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible.

Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and everywhere else outside the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited.

4. Entry period

The Promotion begins Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time and ends Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

5. How to enter

Online entry (free)

During the Entry Period, visit usedhotdogs.com and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, email address and state of residence. Submitting the completed form gives you one (1) entry. There is no cost to enter and no purchase is required.

Mail-in entry (free)

To enter by mail, hand-print your first name, last name, complete mailing address, email address, state of residence, date of birth and daytime telephone number on a plain 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 13, 2026 and received by September 22, 2026. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in its own envelope. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or photocopied entries are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due or undelivered mail.

All entry methods receive one (1) entry and have identical odds of winning.

6. Entry limit

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries in excess of this limit will be void.

Use of any automated system, bot, script, macro, disposable or programmatically generated email address, or any other method to submit multiple entries or to circumvent the entry limit will void all of that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

7. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) Windone RM7 electric bicycle.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $1,150.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,150.00.

The prize will be shipped to a street address within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. The Sponsor will pay standard ground shipping. The prize does not include any accessory, helmet, lock, insurance, registration, assembly, maintenance, service or any other item or service not expressly stated here. The winner is responsible for assembly where required, for safe operation, and for complying with all laws applicable to electric bicycles where the winner lives, which vary by state and municipality.

The prize is awarded “as is,” without warranty of any kind from the Sponsor, express or implied. Any manufacturer's warranty that accompanies the product passes to the winner; the Sponsor is not the manufacturer and makes no representation about the product's performance, safety or fitness for any purpose.

The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is available except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. Any portion of the prize not accepted or used is forfeited and no compensation is given.

8. Odds of winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

9. Winner selection

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about Monday, September 14, 2026 by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

10. Winner notification and claim

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address given at entry, within approximately two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to that notification within five (5) days of the date it is sent.

If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, declines the prize, fails to return any required documentation within the time stated, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, that person forfeits the prize and the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor may repeat this process up to three (3) times, after which the prize may go unawarded.

The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9, within seven (7) days of the date those documents are sent.

11. Prize conditions

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's entry information for the purposes described in these rules. The prize may not be assigned, transferred or sold before it is delivered. The Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that is lost, damaged or delayed in shipment, and the risk of loss passes to the winner on delivery to the carrier.

12. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV of the prize exceeds $600, the Sponsor is required to report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service and to issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the year in which the prize is awarded. The winner must provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number on an IRS Form W-9 before the prize will be released. That information is collected and used only for tax reporting.

13. Publicity release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice and prize information for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval or compensation.

14. General conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds, at its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the Site, acting in violation of these rules, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. In that event, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received up to the point of impairment.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the Site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, late, lost, misdirected, inaccurate or that fail to conform to these rules are void.

15. Release of liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and each of their respective members, officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with entry into the Promotion, the awarding, receipt, possession, assembly, use or misuse of the prize, or participation in any Promotion-related activity.

This release expressly includes any claim arising from the operation or use of the electric bicycle awarded as the prize. The winner assumes all risk associated with operating it.

16. Limitation of liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunction of any network, computer, server, provider, hardware or software; failure of any entry to be received for any reason; any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's device related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion; or any combination of the above.

In no event will the Released Parties be liable for an amount greater than the stated Approximate Retail Value of the prize, and in no event will they be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for attorneys' fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any such damages and agree to limit any recovery to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

17. Disputes and governing law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Illinois, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Each entrant waives any right to a trial by jury and any right to have a dispute heard as a class action.

18. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by the Sponsor and used in accordance with the UsedHotDogs.com Privacy Policy. Entering this Promotion also subscribes you to email updates from UsedHotDogs.com. You may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing will not remove your entry or affect your chance of winning.

For the name of the winner, available after the prize has been awarded, email sweepstakes@hatlaunch.com with the subject line “Race Weekend E-Bike Giveaway Winners List” within sixty (60) days after the end of the Entry Period, or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in section 2 within the same period.
